Barry Greenwood

Managing Director

Barry is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kinetic Systems, with over 35 years of experience in the building energy controls industry. A qualified electrician, he moved into controls engineering early in his career. His experience spans hands-on engineering, manufacturer training, BEMS applications and software platforms, supported by an MBA from the University of Bradford.

Barry brings that technical and commercial experience to Kinetic’s growth and the energy and control solutions it delivers. Passionate about emerging technologies, he is always looking for practical ways to apply them to Kinetic’s work.
Tony Wright

Operations Director

Tony is Co-Founder of Kinetic Systems and Operations Director, with almost 40 years’ experience in the building energy controls industry. Since co-founding the company, he has played a key role in its growth, leading the development of the projects, service, and energy departments. Passionate about controls and energy efficiency, Tony is committed to ensuring the highest standards are delivered for every client.
Mark Walker

Sales Director

Mark Walker is Sales Director at Kinetic Systems, with 30 years of experience in the building energy controls industry. Since joining the company in 2005, he has played a key role in its growth, combining his technical expertise and sales leadership to deliver expertly engineered solutions that improve controls performance and energy efficiency for clients.
Tim Hardcastle

Head of Finance

Tim joined Kinetic Systems in 2009 and is now our Head of Finance. With over 35 years of financial and commercial experience, he oversees the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust controls, compliance and accurate reporting. His expertise and attention to detail provide valuable financial insight that supports strategic decision-making and Kinetic Systems’ continued growth.
